Soundside Coffee began with a simple love for slow mornings along the Seattle waterfront — fog rolling in over the Sound, a warm mug in hand, and a moment of quiet before the world wakes up.

What started as home-roasting experiments (and more than a few smoky kitchens) grew into a passion for sourcing exceptional single-origin beans and roasting them with intention here in the Pacific Northwest.

Today, Soundside Coffee is about honoring the story in every bean, celebrating the character of each origin, and crafting small-batch roasts inspired by the calm, coastal spirit of Seattle’s shores — one cup at a time.

We roast in small batches throughout the week, bringing carefully chosen coffees from farms across the globe to life right here by the Sound.
