Ethiopia Senna Katta

A big, unapologetic dry-process Ethiopia from Senna Katta Mountain — the only coffee farm inside the Boter forest preserve of Limu Kossa, Jimma, grown under native forest canopy. Expect a fruit-forward cup: dried apricot and blueberry up front, honey sweetness, and warming chai spice through a long, aromatic finish. There is nothing subtle about this one — in the best way.
