A washed coffee from smallholder Jaime Moralez in Sacchumba, Tectitán — high in Guatemala's Huehuetenango highlands at 2,000 m. Bourbon, Caturra, and Catimor, fully washed for a clean, comforting cup: honey sweetness laced with cinnamon, a milk-chocolate middle, and a soft marzipan finish. If you drink grocery-store coffee, this is the familiar taste done properly.
